Terms and Conditions - Site AND membership agreement

If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not complete the registration process.
 ACCEPTANCE
By using the Products and Services, you are agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms and Conditions and any other posted guidelines or rules applicable to any individual UrOnlineBux.com web site, Product or Service. All such guidelines and rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions. 
This Member Agreement ("Agreement"), including the Legal Notices and the Privacy Policy, contains the entire terms and conditions that apply to your use of UrOnlineBux.com standard or "limited" service ("Limited Service"), UrOnlineBux.com pay-for subscription services ("Pay-for Services"), "Services", and its website and/or co-branded websites UrOnlineBux.com may operate or host from its servers (collectively referred to herein as "Site"). 
This Agreement may be modified from time to time. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements. The current version applies to your use of the Services and the Site both now and in the past. 

1. Registration 
We require a registration process so that you may choose a member name ("Member Name" or "Login" or "Login Name") and a password, and so that we may permit you to use this service. Your Member Name will be used to identify you on UrOnlineBux.com. You may log in to UrOnlineBux.com, use the Services or modify your information, only through your Member Name and password. You may not have more than one account or Member Name, and only one email address for your use of the Limited Service. By registering, you certify that the email address you provide in the registration is accurate and belongs to you; otherwise we have the option of suspending your account with UrOnlineBux.com. 

You may not access the UrOnlineBux.com website using any other than your own personal account, not under any circumstances or for any reasons. Nor may you create an account and publish the account details, such as username and/or password, on website, blog, forum,chat or anywhere else for others to use or where other people can acess the information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any and all activities that occur under your Member Name and password. You agree to notify UrOnlineBux.com immediately at support@uronlinebux.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security you learn about. 
To protect your privacy and the privacy of others, UrOnlineBux.com uses Member Names to identify participants. We keep your email address and other information strictly confidential. You should refrain from using identifiers in choosing your Member Name and in your postings that would compromise your privacy, such as your email address, URLs, full name, street address, telephone or fax numbers, place of employment, etc. 
Registering false information about your location is not allowed and will lead to termination of your account without refunds of purchased services.

2. Privacy 
You are providing your electronic mail ("email") address for the purposes of registering to access this service. Correctly entering your email address is important so that you are able to participate in the collaboration process (e.g. you will receive email notifications when a problem/question you posted receives a comment or a proposed solution.) Occasionally, you will receive newsletters, updates, information and notices, etc. with information that we deem to be of interest to the members of UrOnlineBux.com. If you do not want to receive newsletters and updates, you must cancel you account. By signing up/creating an account with us you agree to recieve email/newsletters from UrOnlineBux.com. You cannot unsubscribe to the newsletter and still keep your account at UrOnlineBux.com. For more information regarding UrOnlineBux.com protection of your information, please consult UrOnlineBux.com 
2.1 Unsolicted email

Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join UrOnlineBux without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we delete all current funds in your account. If you are reported as spamming for a second time, we will verify the second incident and then take the necessary steps for terminating your account.

3. Guidelines for Use 
UrOnlineBux.com Services and Site are only available for use by individuals who are age 18 or over. The Services and Site may not be used by scripts, machines or automated services. If the member is caught or suspected cheating in any way, the member account will be deleted without notice and UrOnlineBux.com will take legal action. All the members funds will be removed and pending payment requests cancelled. We will not refund members in any way if we have reason to believe a member is cheating. 
UrOnlineBux.com Services and Site may be used only for lawful purposes. You must comply with all applicable local, state, national and international laws, regulations or conventions, including without limitation those related to data privacy, international communications, and exportation of technical or personal data. You may not use the UrOnlineBux.com Services or Site for any criminal or illegal activities or any activities that might be legally actionable. 
You may refer other people in your household but only ONE member PER computer. You may not share IP. Using proxy servers when being logged in to UrOnlineBux.com is strictly forbidden and will lead to termination of the user account.
User may not choose a username like: admin, administrator or similar. Any username indicating that the user is affiliated or hired by UrOnlineBux is strictly forbidden.
 We do NOT accept members from China or any other country not listed in the registration form on the UrOnlineBux.com website. Such users will be removed, all their earnings and referrals lost and no refund of purchased services.
Any accusations, defamation or slandering against UrOnlineBux.com or it's staff will lead to immediate termination of the user account and the user will also get banned from the forum. No refunds will be processed in such case.
Clicking an anti-cheat link may lead to termination of a user account. In some cases the user account can be restored after successful payment of penalty fee of $25 which is to be paid to UrOnlineBux AlertPay account. 
Services may be delayed or unavailable during service interruption, sick leave, holidays, vacations or during attempt from outside indiviuals to interrupt the services (hackers, Dos, DDos and similar).



4. Payments, Taxes and Pay-for Services

All payments are made via AlertPay and no other payment method is being used at this time. You must manually request for payment to be processed and it will be issued within 60 business days for free members and 15 business days for premium members. You must accumulate at least 200 ad-views and $10.00 before payment will be issued. After your first payout you have to click at least 50 ads in one month (the 30 days before payout request) in order to qualify for the next payout. By joining UrOnlineBux.com, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.
Premium member may cashout maximum $500 per month and standard member may cashout maximum $100 per month. During holidays and vacation periods there are no payouts.
Payouts can be delayed due to service interruption, sick leave, holidays, vacations or during attempt from outside indiviuals to interrupt the services (hackers, Dos, DDos and similar). User will get no compensation for delays. 
If you register for the UrOnlineBux.com Pay-for Services, the Pay-for Services are for the Member ONLY and may not be shared or features transferred to others. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S dollars. An AlertPay account is required for all Pay-for Services. If you have set up a Pay-for Service account, your AlertPay account will be charged. UrOnlineBux.com do not refund for cancelled pay-for Services.
Upon confirmation of payment to UrOnlineBux.com, you will receive the benefits and features as stated on the Site. The benefits and content on the member pages may change without any notice.
To cancel your UrOnlineBux.com Pay-for Services you simply cancel payments. Cancellations will be effective as of the end of the current billing cycle.  We are unable to prorate for partial term usage, for non-usage of the Services while you are an active Member.  
UrOnlineBux may at any time require of the user to upload scanned of photographed pictures of valif photo ID and a recent utility bill to prove user identity. If the user do not do so payments will not be processed and the account terminated without refunds for purchased services. The pictures of photo ID and utility bill has to be of good quality and no larger than 200 kb per picture. The pictures are to uploaded via UrOnlineBux ticket system and the user must provide username.


5. Referring
You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income those that you DIRECTLY refer. How much you earn from your referral clicks is announced on the Site. How much you earn from your referrals may change without further notice. About referral purchases see chapter 8. Earning money from cheating self recruited referrals is not allowed and may lead to termination of the referers account. In some cases the user account can be restored after successful payment of penalty fee of $25 which is to be paid to UrOnlineBux AlertPay account. 

6. Advertising fees.
Advertising fees are to be paid via AlertPay only. Advertising payment must be fully cleared before we process your advert.

7. UrOnlineBux.com Property Rights 
The layout, design, concept and organization of the UrOnlineBux.com Site and Services are subject to UrOnlineBux.com copyrights and other intellectual property rights. All rights are reserved. 
You acknowledge and agree that UrOnlineBux.com owns all right, title and interest in (i) the Services; (ii) the Site; (iii) the technology available on the Services or the Site; and (iv) all copyrights, patents, trademarks and other intellectual property rights therein. Any use of the UrOnlineBux.com Services, Site, technology, and/or the copyrights, patents, trademarks or other intellectual property rights, other than as described in this Agreement, is not licensed and is strictly prohibited. 
You agree that you will obtain the express written permission from UrOnlineBux.com before you copy, reproduce, distribute or in any way exploit any UrOnlineBux.com Services, site content, technology and/or the copyrights, patents, trademarks or the other intellectual property rights, obtained through the UrOnlineBux.com Site. In addition, you agree not to copy the information, layout, design, concept and organization of the Site or Services. This Agreement does not constitute a license to use UrOnlineBux.com trade names, service marks or any other trade insignia. Any use of UrOnlineBux.com trade names, services marks or any other trade insignia shall be subject to UrOnlineBux.com prior written consent. 

8. Disclaimers of Warranty 
You expressly agree that use of UrOnlineBux.com services is at your sole risk. the site and the services are provided on an "as is" basis. 
UrOnlineBux.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials or products included on the site. UrOnlineBux.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 
UrOnlineBux.com makes no warranty that the services will meet your requirements, or that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free. UrOnlineBux.com does not warrant that the site or its services are free of computer viruses or other harmful materials. Nor does UrOnlineBux.com make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the services, purchases of referral packages or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the services. 
UrOnlineBux doen not warrant that purchased referrals will remain active after purchase and the user will not obtain refunds nor referral replacement. The user agrees to takje riskt of buying referrla packages with the knowledge that the referrals may become inactive and not generate any mony for the referer.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you through the services shall create any warranty, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise. 

9. Limitation on Liability 
Regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action, you agree that in no event shall UrOnlineBux.com, its affiliates, contractors, service providers, employees, agents or licensors, or any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the services, technology or content available on the services ("UrOnlineBux.com affiliates"), be liable to you in any manner whatsoever: (i) For any decision made or action or non-action taken by you in reliance upon the information provided through the services; (ii) For loss or inaccuracy of data or cost of procurement of substitute goods, services or technology; (iii) For any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenues, loss of profits or loss of reputation, even if UrOnlineBux.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 
Your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to the use of any services provided by UrOnlineBux.com shall be cancellation of your membership to the services. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages; in those jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law. 
You are not an employee of UrOnlineBux.com and you are not an independent contractor for UrOnlineBux.com. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or UrOnlineBux.com has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.

10. Indemnification 
UrOnlineBux.com provides its Services and Site to Members on the assumption that Members will act professionally and responsibly. If they do not, Members must bear full responsibility for their actions. As a Member, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless UrOnlineBux.com, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities and costs, including reasonable attorneys' and experts' fees, related to or arising from (i) any breach of your covenants under this Agreement; (ii) your use of the Services or the Site; (iii) all conduct and activities occurring under your Member Name and password; (iv) any defamatory, libelous or illegal material contained within Your Content or your information and data; (v) any claim or contention that Your Content or your information and data infringes any third party's patent, copyright or other intellectual property rights or violates any third party's rights of privacy or publicity; and (vi) any third party's access or use of Your Content or your information and data. UrOnlineBux.com reserves the right, at its own expense, to participate in the defense of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification from you, but shall have no obligation to do so. You shall not settle any such claim or liability without the prior written consent of UrOnlineBux.com, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. 

11. Term, Termination 
This Agreement shall be effective for as long as you use the Services. 
UrOnlineBux.com may terminate this Agreement with or without cause. UrOnlineBux.com may terminate this Agreement immediately if, based on UrOnlineBux.com sole judgment, it determines that you have (i) breached this Agreement or the Guidelines established for the use of UrOnlineBux.com Services or Site, (ii) infringed or violated any intellectual property right of UrOnlineBux.com or (iii) infringed or violated any intellectual property right or privacy or publicity right of a third party (iiii) you clicked any of the cheat links and got credit for it. 
The termination of this Agreement shall terminate your access to the Services. Neither UrOnlineBux.com nor any UrOnlineBux.com Affiliate shall be liable to you or to any third party for termination of the Services for any reason.  
Any abuse of our staff in any medium or format will result in the suspension or termination of your services, your IP will also be banned on our servers. If your account is suspendend due to abuse of our staff no refunds will be processed. All accounts that have been inactive for more than 14 days (2 weeks) will be terminated and all earnings lost. Inactive= clicking less than 1 ads per 2 weeks (14 days). Clicking 2 ads does not count as being active for one month! User MUST click every 14 days.
We do not refund for purchased services if the user account is terminated due to inactivity.
Terminated accounts are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

12. Export Control Compliance 
This Site (excluding links) is controlled and operated from the UrOnlineBux.com offices in Högsjö, Sweden, Europe. You agree that all matters arising from or relating to the use and operation of the Site and Services shall be governed by the laws of Sweden and the European Union, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. This Agreement also shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and the European Union. The courts of Sweden and the European Union shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of this Agreement or arising from or relating to the operation or use of the Site or Services. You expressly consent to (i) the personal jurisdiction of such courts over you; and (ii) service of process being effected upon you by either email or registered mail sent to the address you provide UrOnlineBux.com in connection with your registration for services. Unless prohibited by the law of your jurisdiction, you waive any requirement that service of process or of any documents be made upon you pursuant to the provisions of The Hague Service Convention. 

13. Disclosure to law enforcement
UrOnlineBux.com may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request from such agencies.
We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.

14. Notices 
UrOnlineBux.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. UrOnlineBux.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.
Except as explicitly stated otherwise, all notices permitted or required under this Agreement shall be by email, to us at support@uronlinebux.com, and to you at the email address you provide UrOnlineBux.com during the registration process, or to such other address as either of us shall specify in writing as our adresses for notice. Notice shall be deemed given 48 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. Evidence of successful transmission shall be retained. 
UrOnlineBux.com may modify the terms of this Agreement with or without notice. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the modifications. If you do not agree to the modifications, you should cancel your membership to the Services and terminate this Agreement.
