is a new innovative, international and FREE English
based service that allows advertisers to reach thousands
of potential customers by displaying their ad on our, "Surf
Ads" page.

We can be reached via ticket system.Only
messages in ENGLISH are accepted. We do not reply to
questions that you find answers to in the FAQ (this page)
and we do not reply unless you provide a username.
Business hours
10.00 am till 6.00 pm (GMT +1:00), Monday through Friday
except public holidays and bank holidays. Services may be
unavailable or delayed during vacations/holidays.
Office will be closed as follows:
Christmas break: December 22, 2008 until January 4th, 2009
(staff back on Tue the 5th)
Easter break: April 9, 2009 until April 13th, 2008 (staff
back on Tue the 14th)
Summer break: July 6th, 2009 until July 26th, 2009 (staff
back on Mon the 27th)
We reserve the right to make modifications to this schedule. Any such
modifications will be announced on the forum.
How does it work?
You view websites in 30 second sessions via the "Surf Ads"
page. Once the 30 seconds is up, you'll either get a green
tick sign or a red 'X'. The green tick sign means you've earned
$0.01 and as premium member $0.0125 for the visit and the 'X' means you have not earned
money for the visit. You'll get red X's when you have more
than one website from the "Surf Ads" page open. When this
happens, you get no credit.
NOTE: Inactive
accounts are deleted after 2 weeks (14 days). Your account count as inactive if
you have not clicked at least 1 ads per 2 weeks. Having referrals does NOT count
as being active. You cannot click 2 ads and think it will count for a whole
month, it won't. All inactive accounts are permantly deleted, earnings lost and
no refunds of purchased products.
Can other people in my household join?
They must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique
Alertpay address/account to register with our program. As far as
cheating goes, our software detects users who create fictitious accounts and use the
same computer so if someone else in your household wants
to join and will legitimately use their account; you shouldn't
be flagged for abuse. You may not share computer, or IP
with any other members and you may not use proxy servers.
What residents can join UrOnlineBux?
We accept user from all countries that are in the list on the registration page. Also see our Terms of Service.
MY country is not in the list when registering,m can I sign up with another
country?
No, we do not accept registering any false information. Your country is not in
the list simply because we do not accept users from that country.
Can I have more than one account?
No. There is no need to maintain more than one account.
If you've lost your login information, you can request to
have it sent to your e-mail address. If you are caught with
more then one account open (we have a very strict auditing
process before payments are sent) your account(s) will be
terminated, your ip address(es) will be banned and you will
not receive any earnings.
My network, school or ISP all use the same or randomly
used IP addresses, can I join?
Yes if you are 100% sure no one else with a UrOnlineBux
account will use the same computer and IP you can do that. The same general rule applies from the
previous question.
Can I use another PC to log into my account?
Yes if you are 100% sure no one else with a UrOnlineBux account will use the
same computer or IP you can do that. If you use a computer at an internet café,
library etc chances are someone else will log into UrOnlineBux from the same
computer and that means both accounts will be banned. We suggest to stay away
from public computers when logged into UOBux.
How much money can I make?
We pay you $0.01 for each website you visit and $0.01 for
each website your referrals visit. As premium member $0.0125 for
each website you visit and $0.0125 for each website your referrals
visit. There is no limit in the amount of websites you visit or referrals
that you obtain. Your earning possibilities are virtually endless.
How do I refer others?
Use your unique referral code found within the user area
"My Stats".
How do I buy referrals?
When they buy-botton on each purchase page is visible then it means that there
are referral packs available to buy. Click the payment/buy button to place the
order and nother pay-button will appear. This one takes you to the AlertPay
website and you can now pay for the order.
Do not press the buy-buttons if you do not intend to make a purchase or we will
delete your account for spamming the system.
If there are no buy button visible that means we don't have any referral packs
to sell at the moment. More packs will be available when more unreferred
members sign up.
How can I cancel my account?
Inactive accounts are automatically cancelled after
certain time.
Can I have my earnings transferred to someone elses accout?
No we will not transfer you earnings to another account. If you need to send
someone money go to a bank.
I need some changes done to my account (create new account and delete old
one, change upline etc, cancel payouts etc) can you help me?
Yes we can help you with that but we charge and administrations fee of $10 up to
$50 depending on what you want to be done to your account. The money is to be
paid in advance to our AlertPay account: support@uronlinebiz.com.
When will there be more ads for free members?
When more people advertise.
Why I have to click twice to see the OK-tick?
Check your antivirus, antispyware/adware programs, your
browser settings for cookies and java script acceptance. If
this doesn't work, try cleaning your cache or reboot your
computer.
Why I have not received answer to my request?
You have to make sure you put our email adresses in your
safe list:
info@uronlinebux.com and
support@uronlinebux.com.
We get hundreds of emails bouncing back every day and we
only do one attempt to send them. If you haven added us to
the safe list you might never get our answer.
I can't see any ads!
If you see no ad links on the "Surf Ads" page but you DO
see stats on the right hand side then you need to disable
all antivirus and antispyware/adware programs. If this doesn't
work, try cleaning your cache, temp files, cookies, etc. If you're
still having problems after all of that, try changing or updating
your browser.
My stats aren't updating!
This is either because your browser is saving the page in
it's cache or you're not waiting for the dollar sign to
appear after the timer is complete. Try cleaning your cache,
temp files, cookies, etc. If you're still having problems
after all of that, try changing or updating your browser.
I keep getting "Invalid verification code entered."
when I try to register or login!
First, make sure you are correctly typing in the verification
code. If you are typing in the correct code and still having
problems then it's something to do with your browser caching
the previously used session image. Try cleaning your cache,
temp files, cookies, etc. If you're still having problems
after all of that, try changing or updating your browser.
How often are the statistics updated?
Stats are normally updated immediately.
What happens if I click a buy-button for referrals or upgrades and do not
make a purchase?
Your account will be suspended!
I have bought referrals and some of them are inactive, will you replace
them?
Each user is repsonsible for checking if their purchased referrals are active or
not. We do NOT check for this randomly.
We will replace inactive referrals for those who have bought the 500 referral
pack earliest 2 weeks after purchase at latest 2
months after purchase. If the
referrals are still inactive after 2 weeks (14 days) send us a specified list
with username and how many clicks the user has and we will check
their logs and replace them if they have not clicked any ads in 2 weeks. 3 months
after purchase we will not replace referrals if they become inactive. We will
replace inactive referrals maximum 2 times per package.
Note: If you send a list with referrals that are
active there will be a penalty fee of $1 per referral. Inactive referrals
are those who has clicked ZERO times during a 2 week peeriod, UNLESS they are in
vacation mode.
If you try and get referrals replaced that you have NOT purchased from us it is
considered fraudulent activity and we will charge a penalty fee of $1 per
referral. If it is an obvious fraud attempt (repeatedly trying to get referrals
replaced that you have not purchased) your account will be closed, all earnings
lost and no refunds for purchased services.
We keep records of all transactions and what referrals each
member buy from us. We also check log files to see if the referrals really are
inactive or not.
As from April 22nd we can provide
users that have bought referrals with a list of which referrals they bought from
us for an administrative cost of $15 (has to be paid in advance).
I have purchased referrals and see the same referral name multiple times?
You can be assigned several levels with a referral. For example if you buy
20 referrals we can assign you 4 levels on 5 referrals. This mean you earn 4
times each time the referral click an advert. 4 x 5 = 20
This way it is easier for you to keep track of who is active and also easier for
us to replace inactive referrals.
The date is wrong when requesting Payout, it says 1969?
Yes it is an old bug. It has been solved and new paymnet requests should work
fine We have logs of the payout
requests with the correct date and the faulty date will not affect when you get
paid.
How do I get paid?
You have to click at least 200 ads before you get paid the
first time. After that you have to click 50 ads per month minimum. If you have
at least $10.00 accumulated, you can click on your account balance within your
stats area and it will submit your request. Currently, we only make payments via
Alertpay. UrOnlineBux may at any time require of the user to upload scanned of
photographed pictures of valid photo ID and a recent utility bill to prove user
identity and adress. If the user do not do so payments will not be processed and
the account will be terminated without refunds for purchased services. The
pictures of photo ID and utility bill has to be of good quality and no larger
than 200 kb per picture. The pictures are to uploaded via UrOnlineBux ticket
system and the user must provide username.
When do I get paid?
You can request for payment once you're account balance is
at least $10.00. Your payment will be processed and issued
via Alertpay within 60 business days for standard members
and 15 buisness days for premium members. You can only request one
payment at the time.
It is past payday and I have not recieved my money?
We send out emails to people requesting photo ID and utility bill but in many
cases the emails bounce or are blocked by spam filters. If you have not recieved
your payment it is because we are waiting for the documents requested. Send them
via the ticket system.
What is Alertpay?
Alertpay is the payment processing solution that we use to pay members. Your Alertpay address is the e-mail address you use to register with Alertpay. You can get a free Alertpay account at http://Alertpay.com.
Why did I get paid less then what I was owed?
If you have a business account with Alertpay, they charge a 2.9% transfer fee plus an additional $0.30
base fee when you receive funds.
Buying mutilple packs of referrals - HOW TO:
If you are going to purchase more than one pack of referrals you have to
press the AlertPay button one time for each referral
package you want to buy. If you do not do this we will only get
one order from you but payment for multiple packages. Should this happen we will
simply refund you and cancel your order. We will NOT process referrals manually
because we simply don't have time for that.
Order your referral packages FIRST and THEN pay for them. It has to be done in
this order or we will cancel your order and refund you.
Clicking a Anti Cheat Link
On the surf page there are anti cheat links every now and then. The anti cheat
link is easy to reconize as it says ANTI CHEAT LINK or something similar. If you
click the anti cheat link your account will be terminated permanently.
This goes even if you are not logged in. Your IP is registered and any
IP that has visited the anti cheat page will be removed from our system=
accounts deleted!
In some very exceptional cases the account can be restored after the user has
paid a penalty fee of $20 (as this takes time that we we really don't have and
that we rather spend on members who READ what links they click on).
Advertiser FAQ
How does the advertising work?
When you order an advertising package, we first approve the site and then insert it on the "Surf Ads" page. All new ad entries appear at the top of the list. We only charge you for unique visits that our members generate. All outside visits are free. For instance, you may order 1,000 visits but you may receive 1,300 or more visits because of non-members checking out the "Surf Ads" page. You're essentially getting more for your money.
Are my visits guaranteed?
Yes. We guarantee that you will receive at least the amount of traffic that you ordered.
Is each visit unique from the last?
Each visit is unique on a scale of 24 hours. Meaning, you
will only be charged for the same visitor once per 24 hours.
On the "Surf Ads" page, the "Member Visits" counts the unique
visits from members and the "Outside Visits" counts each
page hit from non-members.
Are there any restrictions?
Your ad cannot promote adult content or illegal activity.
We also do not accept sites that use frame breakers.
Why did my ad end so quickly?
Smaller purchases like the 100 and 500 visit ads usually
expire within 2-5 minutes. Sometimes even sooner.

How do you calculate the prices?
Simple. We charge $1.99 per 100 unique member visits. That
price includes a 2.9% + $0.30 transaction fee to cover the
Alertpay costs.
Why I have not received my Ad status email?
You need to make sure that mail from the domain is not being blocked, Try adding "mail@uronlinebux.com" to your address book.
