Inquiries that are already answered in the FAQ, TOS or the forum or on the website will answered but we charge an administration fee of $2. The amount will be deducted from your account.

Submit a support ticket

If you cannot find the answer to your specific problem then feel free to submit a support ticket here  Always include your username or we will not reply.
If your inquiry regards a  purchased service then please provide the transaction ID of the payment, the alertpay email and your username. If this info is not provided you will not get an answer from us.

Live chat support

Do not....

Do NOT send tickets asking what date you will get paid. Read the FAQ about payouts and processing time.

Do NOT send tickets asking when your referrals will be processed, as stated on the purchase page it takes 2-5 business days.

Do NOT send tickets about payouts 30 days after request saying we are late. 30 days is NOT the same thing as 30 BUSINESS days. 

Do NOT send tickets saying "I have clicked 45 times and my account still shows $0.05". It doesn't. Look carefully. Your account shows $0.5 NOT $0.05!

Do NOT send tickets and ask us to advertise on your site. We won't!

Do not start a live chat to get referrals replaced! For that you have to submit a support ticket and provide us with transaction ID of the purchase made and a list of the inactive referrals (read about fees for providing false information in the FAQ).

Do NOT expect answers to your tickets on weekends or bank holidays. See the FAQ about our office hours.
